Kale Smoothie

This easy smoothie recipe uses chia seeds and your choice of a tart fruit to hide the taste and texture of kale. Great for anyone who struggles to get in their daily fruit & vegetable servings. A terrific source of potassium, iron, vitamin C, collagen and more! Recipe by @tv_ivanova

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 orange or 1/3 pints of gooseberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops of Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients. 
  • Mix on high until smooth. 
  • Add ice cubes or cold water, if desired. Mix on high until smooth. 
  • Serve and Enjoy!
