Kale Smoothie
This smoothie uses chia seeds and tart fruit to hide the taste of kale. Great for anyone who struggles to get in their daily fruit & veggie servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 orange or 1/3 pints of gooseberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops of Great Lakes Collagen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Mix on high until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes or cold water, if desired. Mix on high until smooth.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
