You can redeem your points at checkout. You must be logged in to view the number of points redeemable at checkout.

Our cart checkout only allows (1) discount or promotional code per non-subscription order. This also includes subscription offers and the usage of points via our rewards program.

A minimum of 100 points is needed to begin redemption. You will see a dropdown menu that will show you the number of points you have (if any) that can be applied to your order.

Please note, at this time points can only be redeemed on full price items only.

No. You will start earning points on the day you sign up to join Wellness Circle.

Once logged in to your account, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page or the Account page.

Your accrued points will expire, but fear not, this expiration is based on your last activity date, not an arbitrary timeline. We believe in rewarding your continued engagement with us, and your points reflect just that.

Last activity date includes whether it's making a purchase, redeeming points, referring a friend, or receiving a reward.
