Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, per the Great Lakes Wellness subscription cancellation policy, you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our customer support team, contactsales@greatlakeswellness.com or by logging into your customer account and clicking "Manage Subscriptions".
How do I subscribe to a product?
Click an eligible product and select the Subscribe and Save option above the “Add to Cart” button. You will then be asked how frequently you would like to receive the product. You can choose from delivery every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
You can still manage your subscriptions even without a Great Lakes Wellness account. To gain access to your subscription, click this link and then type in your email. You will be sent an email with a link to your subscription.
How do I manage my subscription if I did not create an account at the time of purchase?
Log into your account and go to the Upcoming Orders tab. You will then be shown a list of your upcoming orders. Click on the order you would like to skip, then scroll down to the bottom of the order and click Skip this order.
Can I add another product to my subscription?
Yes! To add another product to your subscription, click on the Subscriptions tab within your account. Click on the Add product button and then you can search for the product you would like to add.
A product in my subscription to is out of stock. What do I do?
If an item you're subscribed to is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with an anticipated delivery date.
Can I add multiple addresses?
Yes you can! To add another address, go to the Shipping Addresses tab within your account and click on the Add shipping address button. Once you have finished filling out the information for your new address, click on the Add shipping address button once more at the bottom and your new address will be added to your account.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your payment method will be charged the day your subscription order is shipped.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, log into your account and click on Billing Information. Click on the Send email to update button. You will then receive an email to securely update your billing information.
