Are the beef this is sourced from grass-finished as well? Also, is grassfed on actual pasture? Thanks!
We cannot guarantee that the cattle are grass-finished. While the cattle are pasture raised, there are animal welfare considerations that do not make this practical in all situations. The FDA no longer regulates nor certifies "grass-fed," but we adhere to grass-fed and animal welfare guidelines.
How much type II collagen is in this product?
There is no Type II collagen in our products. Our collagen contains Type I and Type III.
Why does your label say 18g of protein in a serving is 0% daily value (based on 2,000-calorie diet)? My calculations say 18g would be about 9%. Thank you.

I ordered the 4 lb Collagen and once I opened it the seal that closes it and reopen was mostly detach from the inner lining of the bag. I had to pour it in my empty Collagen 4 lb bag. I’m glad I didn’t throw it away. Can you please make sure this does not happened again? I’m a bit worried about order this again if I'm not going to be able to close it once I open it
