Banana Cinnamon Collagen Pancakes

The perfect way to start your day! These pancakes are a healthy and delicious way to start your morning. Boosted with the benefits of collagen as well 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder 
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon 
  • 2 scoops of Great Lakes Collagen 
  • 1 large banana 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar 

 

Directions: 

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, Great Lakes Collagen, and baking powder. Set aside. 

  1. In a separate large bowl, mash the banana with a fork. 

  1. Crack in the eggs and whisk together until well combined. 

  1. Add the milk, vanilla extract, olive oil, and sugar to the banana mixture. 

  1. Gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. 

  1. Heat a griddle or large frying pan with cooking spray or butter over medium heat. Pour in 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake. 

  1. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip. Repeat with the remaining batter. 

  1. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
