What types of collagen are in this?
Hi Billz! Our Collagen Peptides are Type 1 and Type 3.
I do not want free shipping. Can I request a different carrier? The postal service threw it on the ground under a collection of mailboxes. A lock box was available. Consequently, the bag had a slow leak.

How can the 8lb bag have 302 servings, yet the 4lb have only 90 servings?
Hi Alexiz, Great question! Our new packaging, which includes our 4lb bag, is based on a 20g serving, whereas our old packaging (8lb bag) is based on a 12g serving.
Is the 8lb selection 8 lb of your product in one bag or in 8 1-lb bags? I have bought your product in the 1 lb cardboard containers in the past. Looking at the picture with the bag next to the mixer, the amount seems to small to accommodate 8 lbs. Please clarify.
