These Mango Collagen Energy Bites are packed with freeze-dried mango, coconut, cashews, dates… and of course, our secret weapon: Great Lakes Wellness collagen. If you're looking for fun and delicious ways to get your collagen in for the day, these snacks are definitely it!


Ingredients: 

  • 2 scoops Great Lakes Wellness Unflavored Collagen
  • 1.5 oz freeze-dried mango
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 6-7 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Extra shredded coconut for rolling


Directions: 

  1. Blend freeze-dried mango into a very fine powder. 
  2. Add the raw cashews and coconut and pulse until finely crumbly but not turning into nut butter.
  3. Add the dates, collagen, and turmeric. Pulse until mixture just starts clumping.
  4. Add honey, salt and coconut oil. Blend briefly until it forms a sticky dough. Stop once it holds together, don’t over-blend.
  5. Roll into smooth balls. Roll half the balls in coconut (optional).
  6. Chill 20–30 minutes
