Ingredients:Â
- 2 scoops Great Lakes Wellness Unflavored Collagen
- 1.5 oz freeze-dried mango
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 6-7 medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Extra shredded coconut for rolling
Directions:Â
- Blend freeze-dried mango into a very fine powder.Â
- Add the raw cashews and coconut and pulse until finely crumbly but not turning into nut butter.
- Add the dates, collagen, and turmeric. Pulse until mixture just starts clumping.
- Add honey, salt and coconut oil. Blend briefly until it forms a sticky dough. Stop once it holds together, don’t over-blend.
- Roll into smooth balls. Roll half the balls in coconut (optional).
- Chill 20–30 minutesÂ
