Pre-Game Refresher Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 scoops of Great Lakes Wellness Unflavored Collagen Powder
- 10 oz of sparkling water
Instructions:
- In a glass, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves together to release the fresh aromas and flavors.
- Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and agave syrup to the muddled mix. Stir (or shake) to combine.
- In a separate glass, add Great Lakes Wellness Unflavored Collagen Powder to the sparkling water. Then gently stir. Collagen & sparkling make a great combo🫧. It’ll get nice and foamy at first, but don’t worry, it settles down quickly.
- Garnish your mocktail glass with cucumbers. Then add ice.
- Pour your muddled mixture into your mocktail glass.
- Top with your collagen sparkling water and garnish with additional mint or cucumbers.
