Healthy Hot Cocoa
Chilly nights will make you want to curl up with a delicious mug of this rich, creamy cocoa that you can whip up in just 5 minutes. Try topping it with homemade marshmallows for the perfect finishing touch!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 scoops Great Lakes Chocolate Collagen Hydrolysate
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter (or sub with nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener of choice)
  • Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender or in a pot with an immersion blender.
  • Taste and add additional sweetener if desired. Pour into your favorite mug.
  • Toss in some homemade marshmallows if you like and enjoy!
