Ingredients:  

  • 1 ripe banana  
  • 1 cup oat milk  
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup  
  • 2 scoops Great Lakes collagen  
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract  
  • Espresso 

Optional: Banana cold foam - 3 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp banana syrup

Top with ground cinnamon and brûléed banana slices
