Ingredients
- 16 ounces freshly brewed, hot coffee
- 4 scoops Great Lakes Chocolate Collagen Peptides
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil, Ghee, butter, or MCT oil
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon – optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients in high powered blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
