How to Use

Step 1 - Pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin in ½ cup of cold water. Let it sit for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 2 - Dissolve the mixture into 1½ cups of very hot liquid and add in any desired flavors and sweeteners (include as part of liquid measure).

Step 3 - If making gummies, pour the liquid into a mold tray and allow the gelatin to chill until firm before serving.

Does your gelatin contain sulfites?
Great Lakes Wellness products do not contain sulfites. While it is possible for sulfites to form during processing, we control for this. We do analytical testing to verify and guarantee a level of <10 ppm.

The recipe asks for blooming power to be 120 maximum. It asks for "25 grams of gelatin + 70 grams of water". How can I change it ?
