Bring the cozy flavors of fall to snack time with these homemade Spiced Apple Cider Gummies. Made with apple cider, a touch of cinnamon, and Great Lakes Wellness Beef Gelatin, they’re easy to prepare and require just a few simple ingredients.

Makes 12–15 large gummies, depending on the size of the molds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider—not apple cider vinegar—or 100% apple juice
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons (24 g) Great Lakes Wellness Beef Gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place the gummy molds on a small baking sheet or another flat, movable surface.
  2. Pour the cold water into a medium saucepan. Sprinkle the Beef Gelatin evenly over the surface and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Add the apple cider or juice, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  4. Heat over medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes, whisking gently, until the gelatin has dissolved completely and the mixture is hot. Do not allow it to simmer or boil.
  5. Remove from the heat. Carefully transfer the mixture to a liquid measuring cup with a spout, then pour it into the gummy molds.
  6. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy chilled.
