Unlike store-bought marshmallows, this homemade version is made with simple ingredients like honey, sugar, vanilla, and gelatin, creating a soft, fluffy texture and lightly sweet flavor. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp Great Lakes Wellness Beef Gelatin
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Powdered sugar
  • Pastel food coloring
  • Colored granulated sugar
  • Bunny cutter


Directions: 

  1. Bloom gelatin.
  2. Heat sugar and honey syrup to 240°F.
  3. Whip with gelatin until thick and fluffy.
  4. Spread, set, cut into bunny shapes using your bunny cutter. Add eyes and noses with melted chocolate (optional).
  5. Coat with colored granulated sugar.
