Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked quick oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk or nut milk
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Coat with cooking spray an 8-inch square baking pan. Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a large bowl mix oats, brown sugar substitute, ground flax seed, cinnamon, baking powder, banana, blueberries and craisins.
- In a separate bowl mix the egg, nut milk and collagen together. When completely mixed, add in the apple sauce and melted butter and mix until well combined.
- Add wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Pour oatmeal mixture into your coated baking dish and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
