Classic Tapioca Pudding with Collagen
Smooth and creamy with a delicate hint of vanilla, this simple, timeless dessert is super easy to make and blends well with our Collagen Hydrolysate.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk⁠
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate⁠
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten⁠
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extra⁠
  • Directions

  • Stir together milk, Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate, granulated sugar, tapioca, and salt in medium saucepan.
  • Boil over medium heat (stirring constantly).
  • Reduce heat to low, cook and stir 5 minutes longer.
  • Pour 1/2 - 1 cup of milk/tapioca mixture into already beaten eggs and whisk together.
  • Combine with the rest of the milk/tapioca mixture in medium saucepan.⁠
  • Bring to gently simmer over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.⁠
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla⁠.
  • Pudding may be served hot or cold⁠.
