- Time: 15 min. prep, 30 min. chill
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oatsβ
- 1 scoop protein powderβ
- 1 packet Great Lakes Unflavored Collagen Peptides
- 1 tbsp chia seedsβ
- 3 tbsp hemp heartsβ
- 3 tbsp maple syrupβ
- 1/3 cup drippy almond butterβ
- 1/4 melted coconut oilβ
- 1/2 tsp vanillaβ
- Pinch of saltβ
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chipsβ
Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Once thoroughly combined, stir in wet ingredients and mix.
- Put the batter in an 8x8 pan and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Cut into 9 bars and enjoy!
- Store in freezer.
