Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 tsp. Sweetener of choice
  • Toppings (strawberry, banana, blueberry)

Directions

  • Add chia seeds, collagen peptides to a cup
  • Stir in coconut milk
  • Refrigerate overnight
