Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1-2 tsp. Sweetener of choice
- Toppings (strawberry, banana, blueberry)
Directions
- Add chia seeds, collagen peptides to a cup
- Stir in coconut milk
- Refrigerate overnight
