Sparkling Collagen Matcha Rosemary Lemonade

This fizzy and refreshing drink has floral rosemary, tart lemon, Great Lakes Collagen for a healthy boost, and is topped with a delicious shot of matcha! It’s a lovely drink for when you need a healthy pick-me-up! By @lalaskitchentable!

  • In a small bowl, add 4 ounces water, sifted matcha, and collagen. Using a chasen (bamboo whisk) or electric frother, combine. Set aside. 
  • In a glass, add lemon juice, rosemary, and honey. Muddle using a muddler or a wooden spoon, about 30 seconds. Remove the sprig of rosemary and discard. 
  • Add ice, followed by 12 ounces of sparkling mineral water. 
  • Add prepared matcha collagen shot to the drink. Stir, and enjoy!
