What’s Fall without a nice Pumpkin Spice Latte? Try our revamped healthy version with good-for-you additions you won’t find in your regular coffee shop.

  2. Time: 7 minutes

Ingredients

  •  1 Tbsp. Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
  •  1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice 
  •  1/4 tsp. Vanilla Essence
  •  2 tsp. Coconut Oil
  •  1/2 tsp. Grass Fed Butter
  •  2 Tbsp. Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
  •  1 Cup (8.5 oz.) Freshly Brewed Coffee

Directions

  • Brew Coffee.
  • Add coffee and all other ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and frothy!
  • Serve and Enjoy!
