Add all of the ingredients for the Keto Pots de Creme to a saucepan and heat over medium-low. Whisking constantly, heat the mixture just until the chocolate chips are melted and everything is well-combined.
Pour mixture into 4 to 6 small bowls or ramekins.
Chill in the refrigerator until completely set up, about 2 hours.
Serve Keto Pots de Creme with whipped cream, fresh berries, and/or chocolate shavings.
