Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can coconut milk
- 1 (9-oz) bag sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 scoops Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
Optional
- 1 Tbsp sugar-free confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients for the Keto Pots de Creme to a saucepan and heat over medium-low. Whisking constantly, heat the mixture just until the chocolate chips are melted and everything is well-combined.
- Pour mixture into 4 to 6 small bowls or ramekins.
- Chill in the refrigerator until completely set up, about 2 hours.
- Serve Keto Pots de Creme with whipped cream, fresh berries, and/or chocolate shavings.
