We love our green smoothies here at GLW! This one has quite an interesting and incredibly refreshing combination of mint, pineapple & banana that you simply must try. Benefits include an added daily intake of fiber, vitamin B, iron, collagen, potassium, vitamin C and omega-3 fatty acids. Recipe by @carolynyachanin

Ingredients
- 2 cups kale, stems removed
- ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 banana
- 1-2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of Mint
- Almond butter
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 scoops of Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix on high until smooth.
