Ingredients: 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) • 2 scoops Great Lakes Wellness Collagen • 1 tsp turmeric • 1 tsp ginger (ground or freshly grated) • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice) • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 1️⃣ Warm the milk in a small pot over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
2️⃣ Add collagen and whisk until fully dissolved.
3️⃣ Stir in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
4️⃣ Add honey and vanilla extract, then whisk well to combine.
5️⃣ Pour into a mug and enjoy warm!
