Said a wise man... probably while sipping on a collagen latte. 🧘♂️💚  Ingredients: - 2 scoops of Great Lakes Wellness Collagen (to support skin, hair, nails, joints, and digestion) - ¼ tsp matcha powder (or more if you prefer it stronger) - 60ml warm water (for the matcha) - Ice (for serving) - Milk of your choice  Instructions: 1. Mix the matcha and collagen: in a small bowl, whisk together the 2 scoops of collagen and the matcha powder in warm water. Use a bamboo whisk or a regular whisk to create a smooth, frothy blend.     2. Prepare the glass: fill a glass with ice and pour in your milk (about 3/4 of the glass). 3. Top It Off: pour the matcha and collagen mixture over the ice and milk, stirring gently to combine.
