This café-style Caramel Macchiato with Great Lakes Wellness Collagen is simple to make at home, and oh-so-delicious! The benefits for you hair skin, nails, and joints are the sweet bonus on top (without the added sugar!).
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 scoop Great Lakes Wellness Unflavored Collagen
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 shot espresso (1oz)
- 1-2 tbsp caramel sauce
Add the almond milk to a small pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer and then add in the Unflavored Collagen. Use a milk frother to combine and create foam.
Add the syrup, extract and espresso to the bottom of a serving glass and then top with the hot collagen milk. Create a cross hatch of caramel sauce on top of the foam. Serve immediately.
