Avocado Hummus
Avocados, lime, and cilantro give it the cool, refreshing taste of guacamole, while chickpeas and olive oil add in the Mediterranean flair of a hummus.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup canned chickpeas⁠
  • 2 ripe avocados, cored and peeled⁠
  • 1/2 cup Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lime juice⁠
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil, plus more for serving ⁠
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. each chopped cilantro and red pepper flakes, for garnish⁠
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into serving dish, garnish with cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
  • Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
