Antioxidant Bowl

This delicious bowl is completely loaded with superfoods! Antioxidant rich berries, potassium packed bananas, and our amazing collagen. Nutritious and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt or 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Great Lakes Collagen Peptides
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries⁠
  •  A handful of almonds⁠
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds⁠

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Add more water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  • Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
