These fluffy treats with Great Lakes Gelatin are perfect for s’mores, hot cocoa, or a sweet snack!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1/2 cup cold water (for gelatin)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Combine sugar, water, and agave syrup in a pot. Heat until boiling.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until it reaches 242-245°F.
- In a stand mixer, bloom the gelatin in cold water.
- Pour the sugar syrup into the gelatin while mixing. Add salt and vanilla.
- Dust a 9x9 pan with a mix of confectioners’ sugar and cornstarch, pour in the marshmallow mixture, and let it set for at least 6 hours.
- Cut with an oiled knife to serve.
