Ingredients
- 1 tsp Great Lakes Culinary Gelatin
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 red grapefruit
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Zest orange and lemon.
- Peel and slice fruits into chunks.
- Place in blender with gelatin, ice, yogurt, and honey/syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Place into glass and sprinkle with zest.
