Vitamin C Boost Smoothie

  1. Makes:2 - 8oz servings
  2. Time:  10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Great Lakes Culinary Gelatin
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red grapefruit
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • Zest orange and lemon. 
  • Peel and slice fruits into chunks. 
  • Place in blender with gelatin, ice, yogurt, and honey/syrup. 
  • Blend until smooth. 
  • Place into glass and sprinkle with zest.
