Vanilla Collagen Overnight Oats

Enjoy stress-free mornings with these Vanilla Collagen Overnight Oats. Prep them at night and they'll be ready to eat when you wake so you can start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 scoop GLW Vanilla Collagen
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • ⅓ cup fresh blueberries 
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter

Directions

Serves 2

In a large jar or bowl, stir together the oats, collagen, chia seeds and milk. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. For milky oats, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk before assembling. Separate the oats into two serving glasses and top with cashew butter and blueberries.
