Tart Cherry & Pineapple Coconut Gummy Bears

These tropical inspired gummy flavors are the perfect mix of sweet & sour and taste so juicy and refreshing. When eaten together they’ll remind you of a yummy pineapple dump cake without all the mess! A perfect treat for your next luau or pool party. By: @melissas_healthykitchen

  1. Makes:200 mini gummy bears/flavor
  2. Time: 1.5 hours

Ingredients

Tart Cherry
  • 1 1/2 cup pure tart cherry juice
  • 4 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin unflavored beef gelatin
  • Pineapple coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple coconut juice
  • 4 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin unflavored beef gelatin
  • Directions

    Repeat for each flavor
  • Add juice to a sauce pan on medium low heat
  • Add in gelatin and whisk for a few minutes
  • Pour into gummy silicone molds (I used mini gummy bear molds)
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4-5 days
