Rose Gummy Bears
You can now have Rose all day with these delicious sparkling wine infused gummies made with Great Lakes Gelatin Co, unflavored Beef Gelatin.

Ingredients

  • 1 c rosé, divided
  • 1 3/4 tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin® Co. Unflavored Beef Gelatin
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine 1/2 c rosé and gelatin. Let the mixture sit and thicken for 5 min
  • In the meantime, heat the remaining 1/2 c rosé in a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 min
  • Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan with concentrated rosé. Add sugar and lower heat, whisking the mixture until the gelatin and sugar dissolve (~5 min). Remove saucepan from heat
  • Use a dropper or spoon to pour the mixture into gummy bear molds
  • Refrigerate for 2 hrs or until the gummies are set
  • Remove the bears from the molds carefully and store in an airtight container
