- Serves: 12 (5 gummies/serving); varies based on mold size
- Time: Prep 15 min + 2 hours to set
Ingredients
- 1 c rosé, divided
- 1 3/4 tbsp Great Lakes Unflavored Culinary Gelatin
- 1/2 c sugar
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 c rosé and gelatin. Let the mixture sit and thicken for 5 min
- In the meantime, heat the remaining 1/2 c rosé in a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 min
- Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan with concentrated rosé. Add sugar and lower heat, whisking the mixture until the gelatin and sugar dissolve (~5 min). Remove saucepan from heat
- Use a dropper or spoon to pour the mixture into gummy bear molds
- Refrigerate for 2 hrs or until the gummies are set
- Remove the bears from the molds carefully and store in an airtight container
