What better way to enjoy fall than with one of our favorite fall fruits…PLUMS. Try this captivating Plum Hibiscus Thyme Spritz with a boost of collagen. By @bearnecessities_

Ingredients
- 1.5oz of gin
- 1.5 oz of plum hibiscus thyme simple syrup**see notes below
- 1 scoop of Great Lakes Mixed Berry Collagen +1oz of hot water
- .5oz of lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- Mineral water
Plum hibiscus thyme simple syrup
- 8-9 thyme sprigs
- 2 plums sliced
- 3 tbs dried hibiscus
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
Directions
- Combine simple syrup ingredients together in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and discard hibiscus, plums, and thyme.
- Add gin and collagen together in a cocktail shaker and shake until dissolved. Then add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake until foamy.
- Add ice and shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Serve in coupe or martini glass.
