Ingredients
- 1 scoop Great Lakes Collagen
- 3/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/8 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 +1/8 cup cacao powder
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
- dash vanilla extract
- pinch pink salt
Directions
- Mix wet & dry ingredients separately (ensure the coconut oil is fully melted when mixing in with wet).
- Combine Ingredients and chocolate chips
- Pour batter into parchment paper lined 8x8 baking pan
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
