Perfectly fudgey & gooey + the perfect solution to that half used can of pumpkin puree lying around, even snuck in some Great Lakes Collagen for those skin & hair benefits. These are GF & eggless too made with coconut flour, almond flour, and coconut. Can you say AMAZING? Recipe by @thefitdelish

  2. Time:  15 min. prep, 30 min. bake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Great Lakes Collagen
  • 3/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/8 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 +1/8 cup cacao powder
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • dash vanilla extract
  • pinch pink salt

Directions

  • Mix wet & dry ingredients separately (ensure the coconut oil is fully melted when mixing in with wet). 
  • Combine Ingredients and chocolate chips
  • Pour batter into parchment paper lined 8x8 baking pan 
  • Bake at 350 for 30 min.
