Mocha Popsicles

Mocha flavored popsicles that you don't have to feel guilty about eating? Yes, please! With the added benefits of collagen, you're in for a real treat!

Ingredients

Directions

Combine cold coffee, milk, chocolate collagen powder and 1 tablespoon sugar. Set aside. Combine half and half and remaining sugar. Using a spouted pitcher or funnel, fill popsicle molds about ¼ of the way up. Freeze for 2 hours or until solid. Fill molds up the rest of the way with coffee/latte mixture. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, 12 hours to overnight.
