Ingredients
- 2 cups cold coffee
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 scoop Great Lakes Wellness Chocolate Collagen
- 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
Directions
Combine cold coffee, milk, chocolate collagen powder and 1 tablespoon sugar. Set aside. Combine half and half and remaining sugar. Using a spouted pitcher or funnel, fill popsicle molds about ¼ of the way up. Freeze for 2 hours or until solid. Fill molds up the rest of the way with coffee/latte mixture. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, 12 hours to overnight.
