Mixed berries and creamy vanilla whipped cream with collagen make this layered shortcake a healthy addition to your picnic or BBQ!
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 scoop Great Lakes Wellness Vanilla Collagen
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Premade pound cake
Using a hand mixer, whip cream with collagen, powder sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Set aside. Cut pound cake into small cubes and layer into small lidded jars in the following sequence: Pound cake, whipped cream, berries -- finishing with berries. Keep cold. Serves 4.
