Lemon Lime Chia Pudding

Lemon Lime Chia Pudding
This yummy pudding uses chia seeds for thickness making it an excellent source of Omega-3s, iron, calcium, and fiber, plus the amazing Collagen.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp Great Lakes Lemon Lime Collagen
  • Juice & zest from 1 lime (optional)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • Directions

  • In a medium bowl mix together the coconut milk, collagen, lime juice and zest (if using) until well combined.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Pour into two small containers and let set overnight or at least six hours in the fridge.
  • Will keep for 2-3 days in the fridge. Enjoy with your favorite toppings when you’re ready to eat!
  • This recipe can easily be doubled!
