- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 shot espresso (1 oz)
- 1 scoop Great Lakes Wellness Vanilla Keto Collagen Creamer
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp keto honey or keto sweetener of choice
Add the unsweetened almond milk to a small pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer and then add in the keto collagen creamer. Use a frother to combine. Slowly bring up the frother to the surface of the milk to create foam. Do this for 30-45 seconds and foam has almost doubled in size.
Add the vanilla, sweetener and espresso to the bottom of a serving glass and then top with the hot keto cream milk and foam. Serve immediately.
