Keto Vanilla Cappuccino

Give your morning routine an upgrade with this Vanilla Cappuccino using non-dairy Keto Collagen Creamer for added benefits to support your hair, skin, nails and joints.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 shot espresso (1 oz)
  • 1 scoop Great Lakes Wellness Vanilla Keto Collagen Creamer
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp keto honey or keto sweetener of choice


Directions

Serves 1

Add the unsweetened almond milk to a small pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer and then add in the keto collagen creamer. Use a frother to combine. Slowly bring up the frother to the surface of the milk to create foam. Do this for 30-45 seconds and foam has almost doubled in size. 

Add the vanilla, sweetener and espresso to the bottom of a serving glass and then top with the hot keto cream milk and foam. Serve immediately.
