Keto Chocolate & Coconut Popsicles

These refreshing popsicles require only a few ingredients and are so quick and easy to prepare. The hint of coconut really gives them a little something special and their creamy, chocolatey goodness will bring back memories of your favorite childhood summers.   2. Time:5 minutes prep, 8 hours to freeze

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces full fat coconut milk
  • 4 scoops Great Lakes Chocolate Collagen Hydrolysate
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Directions

  • Warm coconut milk and coconut oil or ghee in microwave or on stove top until very hot but not boiling.
  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Transfer to popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
