This is a surprisingly tasty, all natural, lower calorie version of a gelatin mold dessert, packaged in cute little individual serving cups. You’ll feel good about sharing this snack with TONS less sugar than other traditional gelatin desserts plus added vitamins & antioxidants from the berries and of course that good-for-you gelatin base!

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 cups semi-defrosted frozen strawberries
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Great Lakes Culinary Gelatin
- 1 Tbsp. chopped strawberries per gelatin cup, optional
Directions
- Blend water, juice, lemon, semi-defrosted strawberries, and honey until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan.
- Over medium heat warm the strawberry mixture until it's hot. Add the gelatin, and whisk to dissolve.
- Pour the hot strawberry mixture into individual cups. If you'd like chunky gelatin cups, add 1 tablespoon of chopped berries (fresh or frozen) to the bottom of each cup.
- Refrigerate the gelatin cups for at least two hours or until they are firm.
