Flu Fighter Gummies
Here’s a snack you don’t have to feel guilty indulging in. Keep some on-hand as a daily defense treat for your immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin Unflavored Gelatin
  • Directions

  • Combine the orange juice, water, turmeric, and ginger in a medium pot over medium-high heat. When just beginning to simmer, reduce heat to low and whisk in the gelatin 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition to dissolve. When all the gelatin has been added, remove from heat.
  • Pour into silicone molds of desired shape and size. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
