Here’s a snack you don’t have to feel guilty indulging in - homemade gummies with a purpose. Keep some on-hand as a daily defense treat - your immune system will thank you!

  2. Time: 10 minutes prep, 2 hours rest

  • Combine the orange juice, water, turmeric, and ginger in a medium pot over medium-high heat. When just beginning to simmer, reduce heat to low and whisk in the gelatin 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition to dissolve. When all the gelatin has been added, remove from heat.
  • Pour into silicone molds of desired shape and size. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
