- Time: 10 minutes prep, 2 hours rest
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 tablespoons Great Lakes Culinary Gelatin
Directions
- Combine the orange juice, water, turmeric, and ginger in a medium pot over medium-high heat. When just beginning to simmer, reduce heat to low and whisk in the gelatin 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition to dissolve. When all the gelatin has been added, remove from heat.
- Pour into silicone molds of desired shape and size. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
