- 100g red dragon fruit puree (frozen and thawed)
- 2 scoops Great Lakes Wellness Matcha Collagen
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup almond milk or dairy of choice
- Ice if desired
Serving Size 1
Puree the dragon fruit and add to the bottom of a serving glass.
In a separate cup, mix together the matcha collagen powder and warm water until no clumps are visible. Pour the milk over the dragon fruit puree and then pour the matcha powder and water mixtgure over the milk. Stir and serve.
