Chai Pancake Cereal

For the love of all mini things! We’re not only spicing up our recipes but the ingredients. This fun, Chai pancake cereal will put a new twist to your breakfast routine.

  1. Serves: 4
  2. Time: Prep 20 min., Cook 20 min., Total 40 min.


  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp sweetener of your choice (Stevia, monk fruit, sugar, etc.) 
  • 3 tbsp Melted butter or avocado oil 
  • 1 scoop Great Lakes Chai Collagen Peptides
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Maple syrup


  • Combine all of the pancake ingredients. 
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Grease pan with coconut oil or butter. 
  • Add batter to a bag with the corner cut for easy dispensing
  • Arrange nickel-sized pancakes around the bottom of the pan, being careful not to crowd the pan. 
  • Flip each pancake and cook until cooked through
  • Add cooked pancakes to a bowl and top with butter and maple syrup. Dust Chai Collagen over for extra flavor!
