- 1 cup chia seeds
- 4 scoops Great Lakes Wellness Chai Collagen
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 2 cups chai tea concentrate
- 4 tsps honey
- Whipped cream, cinnamon, cardamom
Combine milk and chai concentrate. Add chai collagen powder and honey and stir to combine. Add chia seeds and stir so that all seeds are saturated. Divide chia pudding into equal sized jars and let sit in the fridge overnight. When chia pudding has thickened, serve with a dollop of whipped cream and ground cinnamon and/or cardamom to garnish.
