Lemonade reminds everyone of summer and these delicious little beauties only take 10 minutes to prepare. What an adorable idea for a patriotic 4th treat you can share with your friends and neighbors on a hot day. Add a little toothpick flag or mini umbrella for some extra flair! By @freshlydafna

- Time: 10 minutes prep, 2 hours to set
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ tsp Great Lakes Culinary Gelatin
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup maple or agave syrup
- ¼ tsp blue spirulina (optional, for color only)
Directions
- In a large bowl mix gelatin and cold water together to let the gelatin bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the hot water and whisk until gelatin has dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour into six 4 ounce containers and place in fridge to set, about 2 hours.
- Once firm, enjoy!
