  • Core the apple, leaving the skin on. Cut the apple pieces into 1-inch chunks. 
  • In a blender add almond milk, oat, apple, banana, vanilla, cinnamon and Apple+Cucumber flavored Collagen. 
  • Blend until smooth. 
  • To make a thicker smoothie add a handful of ice and blend. Add more ice until desired consistency. If a thinner smoothie is desired add more milk.
