- Time: 10 min. prep + refrigerate overnight
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 3 scoops Great Lakes Apple + Cucumber Collagen
- Add-ins of choice
Directions
- Mix together in medium bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning stir and transfer to cup/bowl.
- Add what suits your mood for the day: granola, fresh fruit, yogurt.
- Sit back and enjoy!
