Cherry Almond Granola Bars

Loaded with tart cherries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and Great Lakes Wellness Vanilla Collagen Peptides, these granola bars are a delicious healthy snack for wherever your day takes you.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats 
  • ½ cup puffed millet
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds 
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds 
  • 2 scoops Great Lakes Wellness Vanilla Collagen Peptides
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • ⅓ cup cashew butter or nut butter of choice (all natural) 
  • ⅔ cup honey 
  • ⅓ cup dried tart cherries

In a mixing bowl, stir together the oats, millet, almonds, pumpkin seeds, Great Lakes Wellness Vanilla Collagen and sea salt. In another, stir together the cashew butter and honey until smooth, microwave if needed. Add the honey mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold in the cherries. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the bottom. Cover and chill for 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.
