Do my points expire?

Points expire after 6 months of no activity. Stay active to keep them fresh.

Do my rewards expire?

Rewards expire 6 months after they are issued.

Can I stack rewards with discount codes?

Yes, loyalty rewards can be combined with other loyalty discounts. Non-loyalty rewards may not combine with loyalty rewards, subject to Great Lakes Wellness' discretion.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

When do I get my birthday gift?

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.

I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively? 

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
