"My first order I purchased a canister and individual packets. Upon receipt the packet box was smashed and there was collagen powder all over the box. I was able to determine that 2 of the packets has split open. The marine collagen itself is ok. They say no flavor or smell but I can both smell and taste it but it’s not offensive. It does completely dissolve but it does better in hot items. I’ve been using it about 3 weeks and haven’t noticed any improvement in hair, skin or joint pain so can’t comment on effectiveness."
